我們正在尋找熱愛挑戰的數據工程師，加入技術團隊，共同打造下一代 AI 產品的數據平台。 如果您擁有強大的問題解決能力，精通資料管理 ，並且對數據建模、ETL開發和最新的ML演算法充滿熱忱。

### 主要職責

1. **設計與建構 AI 新產品的數據平台**：確保系統的可靠性、安全性和可擴展性。
2. **設計可擴展的資料基礎設施**：開發資料架構，部署雲端服務，優化資料庫效能。
3. **構建高效資料管道**：開發ETL/ELT流程，從多種數據源提取資料，實現資料視覺化和自動更新機制，確保資料流穩定可靠。
4. **實施資料管理策略**：制定資料生命週期策略，實施資料治理，通過自動化提升資料品質。
5. **推動資料創新**：優化流程，跨部門協作開發資料產品，引入 AI 和自動化新技術。
6. **確保資料安全合規**：保護敏感資料，遵守法規政策，維護資料完整性。 

### 要求條件

1. 強大的問題解決能力，能夠簡化複雜問題並提出創新解決方案
2. 熟悉 AWS、Azure 等主要雲端平台和資料倉儲技術
3. 具備實際優化資料庫查詢的能力，熟悉關聯式和非關聯式資料庫
4. 精通 Python，並具備數據建模、ETL 開發和系統架構方面的豐富經驗
5. 熟練使用 Airflow、Kafka 等 ETL/ELT 工具，以及 Hadoop、Spark 等大數據處理框架
6. 了解資料加密、存取控制等資料安全和隱私保護措施
7. 出色的溝通能力，能夠與跨部門團隊有效協作
8. 具有實際應用 NLP 和 ML 算法的經驗 

 

### 教育背景和經驗

1. **學歷**：資訊工程、資訊科學、軟體工程或相關領域的學士學位以上
2. **工作經驗**：至少3年以上資料工程經驗，特別是設計可擴展的基礎設施和構建高效資料管道，並具備跨部門協作能力。

### 薪資

65,000 ~ 90,000 TWD / 月
