### 主要職責

1. **制定商業分析策略**：重新定義客戶問題，提出數據驅動的解決方案
2. **商業情報收集和監控**：用 AI 工具進行產業環境掃描和對手動態追蹤，掌握市場最新現況
3. **市場趨勢預測**：用 inraytek AI 進行深度分析，掌握各行業的前瞻技術和創新應用
4. **未來情境預判**：根據趨勢走向和對手策略佈局，建構未來的產業格局和競爭場景
5. **模擬市場進入策略**：根據客戶的優劣勢進行情境模擬，找出最佳的市場進攻路徑
6. **提出策略建議**：將研究成果轉化為簡潔易懂的策略提案，並向客戶高層進行簡報 

### 要求條件

1. **批判性思考與商業敏銳度**：看透問題本質，並從數據中識別模式和萃取核心洞見
2. **分析和推論能力**：精通市場研究與競爭分析的方法論，能夠形成並測試策略假設
3. **工具使用能力**：能活用 AI 工具、Excel / Python、Power BI，完成 ETL和資料視覺化
4. **出色的溝通表達能力** : 面對客戶或跨部門溝通時能條理分明的傳達抽象概念
5. **說故事和簡報專業**：能用精準的邏輯和簡潔易懂的文字，協助客戶快速掌握研究精華
6. **抗壓性與專案管理**：能在高壓環境下靈活應對多重任務，準時完成專案交付  

 

### 教育背景和經驗

1. **學歷**：商管、財務、資料科學或相關領域學士學位
2. **工作經驗**：至少 3 年以上商業分析、市場研究或顧問諮詢相關經驗

### 薪資

60,000 ~ 70,000 TWD / 月
